Muay Thai, also known as "the art of the eight limbs", is a combat sport that combines punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. Our Muay Thai Program includes not only stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees, elbows and the defenses to these techniques, but also helps to develop one’s cardiovascular fitness and physical strength.

泰拳,亦稱八臂拳,是一種源自泰國的搏擊技術,當中包括拳、腳、肘、膝的攻擊。我們的泰拳課程不僅包括姿勢、步法、拳、腳、肘、膝的攻擊和防禦技術,也有助於提高一個人的心肺功能和體力。

Boxing is a combat sport in which two boxers throw punches at each other. Boxing requires strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, and willpower. Our training will focus on punching technique, defense technique, footwork, fighting reflexes, and strategy. Our boxing workouts and exercises improve your fighting ability, train your fighting muscles, develop your overall athleticism, and also condition your mind for battle.

拳擊是一項兩位選手使用拳頭進行攻擊與防禦的體育運動。拳擊需要力量、速度、反應能力、耐力和毅力。我們的訓練集中於攻防技巧、步法、反應和戰略。我們的拳擊訓練有助提升你的戰鬥能力,訓練你的肌肉,發展整體運動能力,讓你隨時可進入作戰狀態。

Personal Training Program Dyna Gym instructors offer private and semi-private tuition for both Muay Thai and Boxing. This customized program can suit your individual needs and can help you to learn at an accelerated rate. The participants are trained intensely and monitored constantly. The technique training involves many different areas: basic drills, self-defense, bag work, pad work etc. To flexibly fit their own daily schedule, members can arrange their own private or semi-private sessions with our instructors.

私人訓練計劃 DynaGym的教練為學員提供私人和小組的泰拳和拳擊訓練計劃。私人訓練計劃可以滿足個別學員的個別需求,可以幫助你更快去掌握不同的拳擊和泰拳技巧。學員可得到更緊密的培訓和監督。培訓涉及許多不同的領域,包括: 基礎訓練、自衛技巧、沙包練習、拳靶及腳靶練習等。參與私人或小組訓練計劃的學員可自行與教練安排訓練時間, 靈活地配合你的日常時間表。
